No-Open Refund Policy
At Elemental Healing, transparency matters. This policy explains how presale funds are handled if our Camden facility does not open for business.
- Presales are charged immediately to reserve your spot.
- If we do not open, all presales will be refunded (less any non‑refundable fees).
- If we open as planned, all presales become non‑refundable and follow our standard membership terms.
Detailed Policy
Presale purchases are processed immediately and deposited into the Elemental Healing business account. These funds help us secure equipment, build out the facility, and prepare to serve you.
If for any reason Elemental Healing does not open for business, we will return your presale payment to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued less any non‑refundable transaction or processing fees that we cannot recover from our payment processor.
Should our business open as planned, all presale purchases — including Founding Member packages, annual plans, and any other presale offers — become non‑refundable and are governed by our standard membership terms and conditions.
Refund Timeline
If a decision is made not to open, we will notify all presale purchasers promptly. Refunds will be issued within 90 days of that decision and returned to the original payment method.
