Scope of Founder Lifetime Pricing

• Applies only to the original membership tier purchased during Founder Enrollment.
• Available only during the pre-opening Founder window or until capacity is filled.

Active Membership Requirement

• Founder pricing applies only while the membership remains active and in good standing.
• If cancelled, paused, or lapsed — re-enrollment occurs at public pricing.

Upgrades, Downgrades, and Plan Changes

• Founder pricing does not automatically extend to higher-tier plans.
• Upgrades and add-ons are billed at current public pricing.
• Temporary Founder upgrade promos do not create a new lifetime rate.
• If you return to your original tier while remaining active, your Founder rate is restored.

Recognition & Privacy

• Optional listing on Founders Wall & Tribute Page.
• Opt-out available at checkout.

Project Outcome & Refunds

• If the project does not open, payments are refunded (minus processing fees).

Updates to Terms

• Terms may be clarified as needed, without removing core Founder benefit.
